    Medium-term Stream/Labour Agreement Stream;

    These visa holders can stay and study in Australia for up to 4 years.  However, they are not eligible for government assistance.  During this period, they can travel to and from the country as many times as they wish.  In the case of the Medium-term stream, they can even apply for permanent residency if eligible.

    The Temporary Skill Shortage Visa Subclass 482 of Australia requires the applicants to meet the following basic requirements;

    General;

    • Be nominated for a skilled position by an approved sponsor
